When I tell people I work with dragon guides, I get one of two reactions.
The first is a very enthusiastic "WAIT WHAT."
The second is a much more polite version of the same thing.
I get it. Even by the standards of my work — and look, my work involves communicating with people who have crossed the veil, so the bar for "unusual" is already set pretty high — dragon guides feel like a jump.
And yet. Here we are.
Are dragons... real?
Let me tell you what I know from experience rather than what I can prove:
Dragons are among the most ancient, powerful spiritual consciousness energies I encounter in my work. They don't show up for everyone. But when they do, it's unmistakable — and it's not subtle, and it's not accidental.
Every major culture on Earth has dragons in its mythology. Not similar dragons — remarkably consistent dragons. Ancient China, pre-Christian Europe, Mesoamerica, Indigenous traditions across the globe. These are civilizations that had no contact with each other, describing the same energy. That's worth paying attention to.
Whether they're "real" in the way a cat or a mountain is real — I'll leave that to you. What I know is that when a dragon shows up in someone's energy field and I describe what I'm seeing, something happens in that person. Recognition. Sometimes tears. A feeling of finally.
That's real enough for me.
What does a dragon guide actually do?
Dragon energy is not gentle. I say that with full love and deep respect.
Where a spirit guide might whisper, a dragon tends to be more direct. Where a power animal offers its instincts, a dragon brings something more like fire — in the most useful sense of the word.
Dragon guides show up most powerfully for people who are:
In the middle of a major transformation. Dragons are alchemical. Fire changes things. If you're in a season of burning away what no longer serves you, there may be a dragon in your corner for a reason.
Being called to step into their power. Dragons don't do small. If you've been playing it safe — in your career, in your relationships, in how much of yourself you let people see — a dragon guide will have opinions about that.
Doing deep protective work. Dragon energy is one of the most powerful protective forces I work with. If you've needed something fierce in your corner, you may have already had it.
Working with ancient soul energy. Some people carry a very old soul signature — lifetimes of experience, complex karma, big-picture soul work. Dragon energy often accompanies this.
Your dragon guide won't coddle you. But they will absolutely have your back.
What does a Meet Your Dragon session look like?
Same general structure as my other guide sessions — I connect energetically with your dragon guide and act as the translator between you. But these sessions tend to feel a little different in energy. Bigger. More charged.
What you might receive:
- A description of your dragon — appearance, color, energy signature
- Their name (yes, sometimes they have names — and the names are often wild)
- Their primary role in your life and why they've shown up now
- A specific message about what they want you to know or stop avoiding
- How to sense their presence and work with them going forward
I'll be honest: not everyone has a dragon guide. But if you're called to this session — if reading this made something in you go yes — that pull is data.
A word for the skeptics in the room
Dragons are a lot to take in. I know. Even in a field full of things that make skeptics squint, dragons raise some eyebrows.
I came to this work with my own healthy skepticism firmly intact. I still have it, honestly. What I've also accumulated is a lot of experience that I can't fully explain by any other means.
You don't have to decide whether you believe in dragons before you book. You just have to be curious enough to find out if one shows up for you. If nothing shows up, nothing shows up — and I'll tell you that.
But I'm going to guess something shows up.
