Business: Soul Illumination with Danra (Reya Bean Creative, LLC)
Service Locations: 92 S. Main Street, Waterbury, VT 05676, and any additional venue including yoga studios, wellness centers, hospitality locations, academic institutions, private residences, corporate environments, and online platforms (“Location”).
Eligibility: All participants must be 18 years or older to receive any offering.

SECTION 22 — NATURE OF SERVICES

Soul Illumination with Danra provides a range of spiritual, wellness, intuitive, and educational services, including but not limited to:

  • Reiki & Energy Healing
  • Sound Healing
  • Meditation & Ceremonial Work
  • Light Language Transmission
  • Mediumship Readings
  • Workshops, Programs, Courses & Community Events

These services fall into two categories:

22A — Reiki, Energy Healing & Wellness Services (Non-Medical)

These services are holistic, relaxation-based modalities that support stress reduction, grounding, and emotional balance. They are complementary practices and not a replacement for medical or psychological care.

Practitioners do not:

  • Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental condition
  • Prescribe or recommend medication or supplements
  • Provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice
  • Interfere with treatment prescribed by licensed professionals

If you have a medical or mental-health concern, you agree to consult a licensed healthcare provider.

22B — Mediumship & Light Language (Entertainment Purposes Only)

All mediumship readings, psychic messages, intuitive insights, and light language transmissions provided by Danra are:

  • For entertainment and personal exploration purposes only
  • Subject to interpretation
  • Not guaranteed to be accurate or predictive
  • Not a substitute for the advice of medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed professionals

Predictions are based on present potentials only; the future is never guaranteed and is influenced by free will and external factors.

SECTION 23 — BOOKING POLICIES (Individual Sessions & Readings)

Scheduling

  • All appointments must be booked through Danra’s website/Breely.
  • A session is confirmed only after payment is received.

Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for tracking their appointment time.
  • Appointment details appear in both the invoice and calendar invitation.

Recordings

  • By participating, you consent to audio/video recording.
  • Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, posted, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Rescheduling & Refunds

  • No cancellations or refunds unless approved by Danra under extenuating circumstances.
  • Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice.
  • Late arrival over 10 minutes constitutes a no-show and will be canceled without refund.
  • If Danra must cancel, clients may choose a refund or reschedule.
  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.

SECTION 24 — PROGRAMS, COURSES & COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

Recording Notice

By joining any program, cohort, live call, or community space, you consent to:

  • Audio/video recording
  • Possible use of recordings for educational, promotional, or commercial purposes including social media

Privacy & Content Sharing

  • Share only what you are comfortable having recorded.
  • All program materials are for personal use only—no redistribution or reproduction.

Program Structure

Content, timing, and format may change at any time without prior notice.

Community Standards

Harassment or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
Danra may remove participants at her sole discretion without refund.

Membership Programs

  • You may cancel anytime via your account settings.
  • Access continues until the end of your paid period.
  • No partial refunds are issued.

SECTION 25 — COMPREHENSIVE DISCLAIMERS (Applies to ALL Services)

25A — Entertainment & Educational Purposes

  • Mediumship, psychic readings, light language, and spiritual guidance are entertainment and non-medical.
  • Wellness programs are for personal development and not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

25B — Professional Limitations

Danra is not a:

  • Medical professional
  • Mental health provider
  • Psychologist or psychiatrist
  • Therapist or counselor
  • Attorney
  • Financial advisor
  • Tax expert
  • Licensed professional in any regulated field

No information provided should replace professional advice from licensed providers.

25C — Personal Responsibility & Free Will

  • You make your own decisions.
  • You accept that all outcomes are influenced by your choices, personal circumstances, and external factors.

52D — No Guarantees or Warranties

SECTION 26 — INFORMED CONSENT & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • You may stop participation at any time.
  • Energy work, spiritual work, and personal development may produce emotional shifts, discomfort, or unexpected reactions.
  • You assume all risks associated with your participation.

Physical Environment Risks

You accept all risks related to:

  • Slips, trips, or falls
  • Rugs, mats, props, instruments, candles, or equipment
  • Traveling to/from the Location
  • Being in unfamiliar or varied environments

SECTION 27 — RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By booking or participating in any service, session, program, or event with Soul Illumination with Danra, you (and your heirs, assigns, and representatives) fully and forever release, discharge, and hold harmless:

Danra, Soul Illumination with Danra, Reya Bean Creative, LLC, and all employees, affiliates, contractors, staff, partners, volunteers, and representatives

from any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, or causes of action—known or unknown—arising from:

  • Travel to/from the service
  • Participating in any session or program
  • Receiving any reading, energy work, or guidance
  • Using any materials or techniques provided
  • Any emotional, spiritual, psychological, financial, or relational impact
  • Any decisions you make based on the service
  • Your behavior, actions, or misuse of information

This release applies to negligence where permitted by law.

SECTION 28 — PROPERTY DAMAGE

You agree to be fully financially responsible for any damage you or your guests cause to:

  • Equipment
  • Instruments
  • Props
  • Venue property (including third-party locations)

SECTION 29 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Danra and all associated parties against any claims, lawsuits, damages, attorney fees, or liabilities resulting from:

  • Your participation in any service
  • Your actions or decisions interpreting guidance
  • Your violation of these terms

Vermont Reiki Disclosure Form & Professional Qualifications for Registered Bodyworkers, Massage Therapists, and Touch Professionals

This Public Disclosure form is provided to you in accordance with Vermont statutes, specifically the requirements for registration with the Office of Professional Regulation (OPR) for massage therapists, bodyworkers, and other touch professionals (which includes Reiki practitioners).

(A) Professional Qualifications and Experience

  • Professional Qualifications and Experience:
    • Certified Usui Reiki Level II Practitioner trained by Jessica Lantos from Rose Healing Arts in Stowe, Vermont (November 2025). Jessica is a Reiki Master Teacher; she has been trained and attuned to the highest level of the modality and trains students in Levels I & II & III.
    • Speech-Language Pathologist and Clinical Professor at the University of Vermont (2015 - Present).
    • PhD Psychology, University of Vermont (UVM), 2015
    • Master's Communication Sciences & Disorders, UVM, 2006

Nature of Practice: Reiki is an energy balancing method for stress reduction and relaxation, not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe substances, or interfere with treatments from licensed medical professionals. It is recommended to consult a licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological concerns.

 (B) Actions that Constitute Unprofessional Conduct

Unprofessional conduct, as defined in 3 V.S.A. § 129a, includes but is not limited to:

  • Incompetent practice or failure to meet acceptable standards.
  • Obtaining registration through fraud.
  • Misleading advertising.
  • Intentionally or negligently causing harm to a client.
  • Engaging in sexual conduct with a client or their family within five years of the professional relationship.
  • Harassing or abusing a client.
  • Performing unauthorized services.
  • Failing to provide client records upon request.
  • Undue influence on a client.
  • Violations of other specific laws. More details can be found in the Vermont Statutes Online (3 V.S.A. § 129a) and 26 V.S.A. chapter 41.

(C) The Method for Filing a Complaint Against a Registrant

Complaints against registrants for unprofessional conduct can be filed with the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation (OPR). OPR does not handle monetary damages or financial disputes.

(D) The Method for Making a Consumer Inquiry

For general consumer inquiries about professional registration or OPR processes:
