Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work?
No—Reiki doesn’t depend on belief. Many people simply experience it as deep relaxation and stress release.
What should I expect during a session?
You’ll lie down fully clothed while gentle energy work is done with light touch or hands held slightly above the body based on your preference. Most people feel peaceful and deeply relaxed, and you may fall asleep.
Do I stay fully clothed?
Yes, Reiki is always practiced over clothing.
What does Reiki feel like?
People often feel warmth, tingling, waves of calm, or simply deep rest. Every session feels a little different.
How long is a session?
Typically 45–60 minutes, depending on the appointment.
Is Reiki safe?
Yes, Reiki is gentle, non-invasive, and safe for people of all ages. It cannot do harm, and any extra energy that your body does not need can go back to the Earth.
